Films by five Doc Studies alums and one Media Studies grad have been selected for this year’s DOC/NYC.
Class of 2015
The Class of 2015 is currently in production. Each student is working on a short documentary, while also crewing on shoots for fellow classmates. Their twelve documentary shorts will screen at the annual Truth Be Told public film festival in May 2015.

New Chinese Documentaries: The Folk Memory Project — October 19, 2012 — The New School
On Friday, October 19th, a day-long screenings and discussions of new docs from China took place at the New School at the event called “Chinese Documentaries: The Folk Memory Project,”. Four Beijing filmmakers presented and discussed their films which witness the lives and memories of the generation that survived the Great Chinese Famine.
